Authorization for User Account and Information Sharing

You issue this Authorization for User Account and Information Sharing (this “Authorization”) to [Solar Engine operated by Huiliangyun (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd] (“Solar Engine”) and the third-party service providers set forth in the appendix of this Authorization (“Third Party”). BY CLICKING ON “I AGREE TO THE PRIVACY POLICY AND ACCOUNT AUTHORIZATION” IN SOLAR ENGINE WEBSITE, YOUR CONSENT INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AUTHORIZATION.

You agree to authorize Solar Engine to share your user accounts and information with Third Parties. You also agree that the authorization will result in the creation of a Mobvista account (“Mobvista Account”) by the Mobvista Entities (“Mobvista”), as set forth in the appendix to this authorization, which you may use to log in and access services provided by the Third Parties.

Before logging in, please carefully read the entire contents of this Authorization.

In order to implement the business functions involved in your use and to enhance your experience, we may share your personal information. Solar Engine will only share the necessary information and implement strict security measures. You agree and authorize Solar Engine to share your information based on necessary purposes in the following scenarios:

1. Information Sharing

You agree to authorize Solar Engine to share the following information that you provide to Solar Engine or that is created when you use Solar Engine services in order for you to gain access to the relevant features or services that we provide: 

Registration Information and Login Information.You consent to authorize Solar Engine to synchronize the relevant information provided by you during the registration process on the Solar Engine service platform with third parties. This includes email address, password, login phone number, company or team name, and your name. This information will be used for Mobvista to create a Mobvista account for you and for logging into and using the services provided by the Third Party.

You agree to authorize Solar Engine to share with Third Parties the information you provide during the registration process of Solar Engine, including your email address, password, phone number, company or team name, and your name, for the purpose of creating a Mobvista Account for you by Mobvista and for the purpose of logging in to the Third Parties and using the Third Parties’ services.

2. Authorization for Login

You agree to authorize login and use of the Third Parties’ services through your Mobvista Account. By logging in, you are required to comply with both Mobvista's and the Third Parties' Service Agreements, Privacy Policies, and other relevant terms and conditions.

3. Liability

You understand that Third Parties services are provided by Third Parties who independently assume full responsibility for their services and data security. Any dispute arising from the Third Parties service or its use of your information, or any violation of relevant laws and regulations by the Third Parties services, or any loss suffered by you in the process of using the Third Parties services, please negotiate with the Third Parties to solve the problem.

4. Amendment and Miscellaneous

You agree that in order to further improve the user experience, Solar Engine may continue to provide users with version upgrades, functionality upgrades and other services and content updates, and the content of this Authorization may also be updated. If the update involves your major rights or responsibilities, it will be announced by way of a website announcement or other obvious means. The amendment will be effective from the stated effective time and become part of this Authorization. If you do not agree with the content of the amendment terms, you have the right to stop using the relevant services. For any matters not covered in this Authorization, please refer to Mobvista's and Third Parties' Service Agreements, Privacy Policies and other relevant terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between the above agreements and this Authorization, this Authorization shall prevail.
